Thomas Reed brings 20 years of healthcare experience to HMS with a strong clinical and business background.
He is recognized industry wide for the innovative solutions in the call centers he has started. His depth of understanding of technology and systems integration has been key to their uniqueness, efficiencies, and success.
Mr. Reed also holds a BSN and a Masters in Business Science from Husson College in Bangor, Maine.
He is an active member of AAACN and serves on the Telephone Nurse Practice SIG.
Tom has been instrumental in leading call center educational offerings over the past eight years and has spoken nationally on many operational and strategic issues.
Julie Cartwright
As the founder of HMS, Julie Cartwright has brought over thirty years experience in the field of healthcare to this company.
This past year she has completed the transition that enables her to retire from HMS to the Pacific Northwest.
